Terms of service

These terms are between you and GroupWisdom, which we shorten to we and us. By using our website, the Wisdom Agent, or the GroupWisdom API, you agree to them. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm you can bind that organization.

GroupWisdom reads content a group chooses to send and returns insights only when they pass our four questions: combined, new, proven, useful. Silence is a normal outcome, not a fault. The service is in an early access phase, and some integrations run on platforms that are themselves early. Details of behavior can change as the product matures, and we may add, change, or remove features.

Some parts of the service require an account or an API key. Keys belong to your account: keep them secret, and tell us immediately if one leaks. Access is currently a limited preview, and we may grant, limit, or revoke preview access at our discretion while capacity is constrained.

You keep all rights to the content you send. You give us permission to process it solely to run the service for your group, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to share what you send, and for adding the agent only to groups whose members are comfortable with it. Treat a group like a room: only put in what everyone in the room may see.

Do not use the service to break the law or to violate anyone's rights or privacy. Do not probe or attack our systems or other tenants, and do not attempt to reach another group's data. Do not send us content you have no right to share. Do not resell raw access to the API without an agreement with us.

Insights are generated by AI from the sources they cite. They can be wrong, late, or incomplete, which is exactly why every insight carries its receipts. Check the sources before acting on anything important. Outputs are information, not professional advice.

The early access phase is free unless we agree otherwise in writing. If we introduce pricing for something you use, we will tell you before it applies, and continuing to use it after that counts as acceptance.

You can stop using the service and delete your groups at any time, and deletion works as described in the privacy policy. We can suspend or end access for breach of these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

The service is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. To the same extent, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred euros if that amount is higher, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and if you use the service as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protections of your home country remain yours.

We can update these terms. For meaningful changes we give notice on the website, and the version published here is the current one.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, and disputes that we cannot settle together belong to the District Court of Helsinki. If you are a consumer, you may also rely on the courts and dispute bodies of your own country where the law gives you that right.
